A short film produced by Perigeo was screened during the evening in the design location set up by Archiproducts. Here the chefs shared their new visions of the culinary world, where family, tradition, but also contemporaneity are a constant source of inspiration and an opportunity to create innovative, valuable, sustainable and ethical dishes.
