Archiproducts Milano gets ready for a new Design Experience!
The 2022 installation, created in collaboration with Studio Salaris and with the participation of over 80 brand partners, will be unveiled during the upcoming and long-awaited Milan Design Week.
How will we inhabit the spaces of the future? Will limits between private and working spaces still exist? Archiproducts Milano looks to the future to explore new answers to the same big questions.
The furnishings, solutions and ideas in the new exhibition again transform the 15 rooms at Archiproducts in via Tortona 31 into possible visions of living in the future.
A unique experience of materials, colours and hybrid elements. The installation portrays Design as an ecosystem, a synthesis of energies, forms and worlds that are different yet in constant dialogue with each other.
References to landscapes and natural elements alternate with urban imagery, dematerialised technology and solutions that explore new ways of living and sharing spaces.
Colours. Materials. Surfaces
In Future Habit(at), nature meets the city through the plays of colour and finishes by La Calce del Brenta and through the textures with urban imagery of rugs and textiles that personalise the Cocoon spaces at Archiproducts Milano.
Artificial landscapes, natural references and original and creative nuances like beWall wallpaper.
Once again, each room expresses a character, an atmosphere.
No space is a mere passageway – every nook proposes an experience. Corridors and staircases evoke vegetation anticipating the leap into the green heart of via Tortona 31. An unexpected rupture, a surprising incursion, welcomes visitors to an outdoor space where plants, lighting and furnishings create a situation of relaxation and respite.
Future Habit(at) speaks of materials, surfaces and tactile experiences and, at the same time, immerses its visitors in dreamlike settings.
Like “Gabbia” from the Capsule Collection by Suonare Stella created in collaboration with Wall&Deco, a game of wild imagery between flora and fauna.
Intimate experience and sharing
Future living redesigns spaces and uses, creating situations of concentration and isolation as ideal occasions for sharing.
The SilentLab islands create intimate oases within shared environments. BuzziSpace offers colourful solutions for acoustic protection and playful furnishings for shared spaces. Framery Pods allow users to carve out quiet moments in the office, between privacy and attention to spatial quality.
Silent technology
The Design Experience at Archiproducts Milano is also technology. BTICINO integrated home automation systems redefine the relationship between systems and people in domestic space. Japanese brand mui Lab fuses technology and nature with wood IoT interfaces. Samsung proposes solutions that look at sustainability through the care for air quality and anti-waste functions.
Increasingly calm and dematerialised technology is conceived to simplify, perform, pamper, and interact.
At Future Habit(at), Archiproducts Milano continues its investigation into new lifestyles and adds art to its imagery. Interactive luminous paintings, wallpapers designed by young artists, geometrically inspired shapes and games personalise and embellish walls with suspended volumes.
Art cross-pollinates Design with its codes and languages – proposing content, aesthetic research, and claims of beauty.
The new installation will be unveiled during Milan Design Week 2022. We look forward to seeing you in via Tortona 31!
