Room 2 – Design Experience ad Archiproducts Milano 2024

The 2024 edition of “Aqua. A design exploration” at Archiproducts Milano invites visitors into a space inspired by water, exploring its essence through contemporary shapes and materials. Room 2 is a highlight of this journey, designed to merge the functionality of contemporary furnishings with the organic and fluid aesthetics of water. Each product in this space reflects the event’s vision, from the lightness of sinuous lines to the depth of recycled materials. P.O.V. by TON, a stackable wooden stool, enhances the room with its simplicity and modular practicality, ideal for dynamic spaces like bars or modern offices.

Next to it, the GLOBB sofa by ACTIU, with its curves inspired by the elongated shape of a globe, adds a cozy and playful touch. The GLOBB pouf, from the same line, amplifies modularity and personalization, evoking the fluid movement of balloons. The EIDOS coffee table by ACTIU, available in various finishes and shapes, balances aesthetics and functionality, making it perfect for waiting areas and receptions. Also by ACTIU, the KARBON chair introduces a high-tech touch with its carbon fiber structure—a lightweight yet strong material reminiscent of water under pressure. Another standout piece is the DORIK meeting table, inspired by classical Greek architecture, evoking the stability and elegance of Doric columns.

Completing the space is the TUBBE bookcase by ACTIU, a modular freestanding structure offering infinite configurations, symbolizing adaptability and lightness. For privacy and acoustic comfort, the QYOS 200 modular system by ACTIU provides functional enclosed meeting spaces, balancing transparency and isolation. In acoustic design solutions, the ARCHISONIC COTTON and ARCHISONIC TEXTILE panels by IMPACT ACOUSTIC stand out, both made from recycled materials. These collections combine sustainability and acoustic comfort, contributing to the space’s minimalist and circular aesthetic. At the same time, VERTIGO WALL COVERING by IMPACT ACOUSTIC, a decorative wall panel, reduces noise pollution while optimizing materials, adding an elegant note to the room.

The lighting elements enhance the aquatic atmosphere: SPACE, the pendant lamp by Dovain Studio, blends metal, glass, and brass in a fusion of colors and geometric forms inspired by Miró. The PICCOLO table lamp by Jaune Fabrique, with an integrated acoustic diffuser, offers not only lighting but also a sound experience, creating a harmonious synergy between light and sound. Additionally, LoP SMALL SQUARE by BaNG, an acrylic table lamp, enriches Room 2 with soft lighting, perfect for intimate and relaxing atmospheres.

Continuing the Aqua theme, the heated furnishings, like the SCALETTA towel warmer by Tubes, embody flexibility with their iconic design and practical mobility. Finally, the PERFEKTION AL6005 thermal break window by EKU completes the space with its robust aluminum frame, balancing thermal insulation and natural light. The BARDOT.2A sideboard by Morica Design, from the Enjoy collection, adds a vibrant accent with its pastel tones and artisanal details. This Italian-designed sideboard brings a colorful touch to the layout, blending seamlessly with the fluid tones of the aquatic theme, uniting practicality and modernity.
