Room 4: An Interior Project Celebrating the Elegance and Fluidity of Water at Milan Design Week 2024

Room 4 of Archiproducts Milano 2024 embodies the synergy between water and design, featuring products that explore sustainability and fluidity in a contemporary setting. Within the context of “Aqua. A design exploration” at Milan Design Week 2024, Room 4 reveals the essence of water as both inspiration and shaping force. Every surface, curve, and material is imbued with the fluidity of water, transforming the space into a poetic and tangible interpretation of its versatility. Materials and furniture designs in the room create a balance between aesthetic harmony and functionality, showcasing the hidden magic of continuous interplay between reflections, transparencies, and light effects.

The DI-NOC™ COLLECTION 2024–2026 adhesive laminate finish by 3M Italia demonstrates the creative potential of renewal: surfaces inspired by nature, from wood grains to stone geometries, give walls an inviting, interactive charm. Nearby, the Owwi armchair by ACTIU envelops users with its sinuous, welcoming shapes, echoing the soft lines of water, while the Meetia collection by the same brand brings an elegant, modular touch to flexible, modern spaces. The Dorik side table by ACTIU, inspired by Greek Doric architecture, conveys the solidity of marble in a modern, minimalist form, while the curved-track sliding door by Dooor redefines spaces with flowing, graceful contours.

Each detail reflects the fluid movement of water, elegantly reshaping the environment. Adding to the decor, the Merano chair by TON and the Laglio fabric by CASAMANCE, used for curtains, infuse the space with visual lightness, inspired by Italian landscapes. Meanwhile, Brera by SCIROCCO H introduces the warmth of industrial design with its cast-iron radiator featuring unique finishes, blending practicality with character. The ALPHA REZISTO MAT paint by Sikkens protects and brightens walls, while the Mizu lighting fixture by TERZANI, like suspended water droplets, creates natural, fluid illumination. The experience is enhanced with the WindFree Avant – Monosplit air conditioner by Samsung Climate Solutions, offering a gentle breeze for unmatched comfort. The Abacus pendant lamp by TERZANI and the LỚP Big Square by BằNG add sculptural touches, reflecting light to transform every corner of the room. Finally, the Lama table lamp by ICONE completes the journey of light and design.
